WHMCS is a complete all-in-one client management, billing & support solution primarily designed for Web Hosts but also applicable to many other types of online businesses. Packed with features but with a core focus on remaining easy to use and customize, WHMCS enables you to easily and effectively manage your business while automating many routine tasks.
Customer Profile
Each client profile contains a summary showing the key information from their account, including stats like the amount they are due or in credit, all products/services they have ordered, their group setting, any notes staff have created, and any emails that have been sent and more. This enables staff to get a complete view of each customer and manage them more efficiently.
Integrated Support
Including ticket support, a knowledge base, downloads repository, announcements & network issues notification pages, WHMCS can provide for all our clients/partners needs. The ticket system will import emails from designated email addresses to allow XeonBD’s staff members to quickly and efficiently deal with the emails received.
Domains
WHMCS provides the ability to submit register, transfer & renew requests to an integrated registrar automatically when we get paid or wait for manual authorization without even leaving WHMCS. But that not all, WHMCS will also allow our clients/partners to view/change name servers and view/change whois info as well as the ability to turn to lock on & off and retrieve a domain’s EPP code.

Flexible options allow XeonBD’s clients/partners to offer recurring prices, pro rata billing, custom fields, options for certain features or add-ons on an ala carte basis, automated upgrade paths to cross-sell related products, domain promotions with selected billing terms, and more. XeonBD can also offer promo codes to your customers that apply to specific cart items only.
Billing
Supporting billing in multiple currencies concurrently, WHMCS allows XeonBD? to generate estimates, and one-off invoices and set up recurring billing charges for any cycle you require. It will also track all the payments made to you through supported gateways and send reminders, overdue notices, and suspension warnings for unpaid bills.
