This article will learn you the process of suspending a cPanel account in WHM. You may want to temporarily or permanently suspend an account for non-payment, bandwidth overages, ToS violations, or hacked website issues. WHM allows to suspend or unsuspend a cPanel account.
Step #1: Log into WHM to start the process. Type suspend into the search box. Click on Manage Account Suspension option.
Step # 2: On the “Manage Account Suspension” page, Select the domain from the list of Domains and click on Suspend or Unsuspend button. You can select an account either Select by Domain or Select by username.
