How to Upload Your Bank-In Slip:

  1. Please make a clear scan or take a photo of your bank-in slip.
  2. Log in to your client area on our website.
  3. Navigate to your invoice section.
  4. Choose the Bank transfer option and click pay.
  5. Choose the name of the bank where you deposited your payment.
  6. Upload the scanned or photographed image of your bank-in slip against the bank account.

How to Send Your Bank-In Slip over the email:

  1. write your domain name/your hosting account username on the bank-in slip,
  2. scan it and email to sales@xeonbd.com (sales) or submit a ticket to our SALES department from your clients area.

Important Bank Transfer note:

  1. In the case of depositing a cheque or making a deposit using a deposit machine at our Bank account, we need at least the time for cheque clearance which may take a maximum 3-4 business days to verify your payment.
  2. For immediate processing, please remember to open a ticket/email us the transaction transcript.
  3. We strongly recommend our customer pay the invoice as early as you can, to avoid any kind of interrupted service. As in the case of renewal if we don’t get the information in time we’ll not be able to renew your account/service on time, that may cause losing your account/service & XeonBD will not be responsible for it.

If you have already paid your dues using bank/wire transfer or bKash you are requested to send us the scanned copy of your bank-in slip or bKash transaction details to sales@xeonbd.com for the due settlement.
