Access to our data center is strictly restricted to authorized technical staff, ensuring maximum security and protection for our clients' infrastructure. The facility is secured with advanced electronic access control systems and is continuously monitored by a comprehensive network of motion-detecting security cameras that cover every corner of the premises.
Additionally, our fully managed system guarantees round-the-clock oversight by our experienced Level 3 technicians, who monitor operations 24/7 remotely. This proactive approach enables us to detect and respond to any incidents in real-time, minimizing response times and ensuring uninterrupted service for our clients.
Our power systems are designed with extensive fault tolerance and resilience, ensuring continuous and reliable operations at every layer. Incoming electrical service is routed through a dedicated on-site transformer, backed by a diesel generator, and automatically transferred to our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. The UPS system ensures a consistent and high-quality power supply to every part of our facility, equipped with redundant battery cabinets and full maintenance bypass cabinets. This setup allows for seamless service and system upgrades without any power interruptions to our servers.
To ensure clean and consistent power delivery to all data center equipment, our online UPS power distribution units handle the final power transformation and distribution process with precision.
In the event of a utility power failure, our emergency generators are on standby, capable of running autonomously for over 24 hours before requiring refueling. These generators undergo rigorous test runs at least three times a week to guarantee they are fully operational and ready whenever needed.
Should a utility failure occur, the generator is automatically activated by a transfer switch. While our UPS units can maintain the data center load for at least 15 minutes, this is rarely necessary, as the generator reaches full operational capacity within just 10 seconds, ensuring seamless power continuity.
Our environmental processing systems are equipped with 15-ton up-flow energy-efficient air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance and energy savings. These systems maintain precise temperature and humidity control throughout the year, creating a stable and ideal environment to maximize equipment reliability and longevity.
Each air conditioning unit is designed with independent compressors and cooling loops, enhancing fault tolerance and system reliability. This redundancy ensures that even in the event of a component failure, cooling efficiency remains unaffected, safeguarding the integrity and performance of our data center infrastructure.
